 About Nance MacLeod DNM, PhD - Doctor of Natural Medicine
Pain and Stress Relief Specialist
Dr. Nance MacLeod, the director of Niagara-on-the-Lake
Natural Health Clinic and Dean of Education for Ancient Journeys School
of NEW Medicine has proven to be one of Canada's leading specialists
in the field of Pain and Stress Relief, non-invasive facial rejuvenation
and natural medicine. She has over 25 years experience in the Health
& Wellness profession and believes our best solution for the Health
Care system is the integration of pro-active natural health therapies
with today’s medicine.
Dr. MacLeod’s education in natural medicine includes
training from three of Russia's top medical scientists; Dr. Mikhail
Teppone, Dr. Romen Avagyan & Dr. Irina Kossovskaia. Dr. MacLeod
has studied for the past 25 years under their direction as well as many
other internationally known medical doctors and scientists. Dr. MacLeod
is known as an accomplished therapist of SCENAR and other non-invasive
medical technology in Canada. Dr. MacLeod earned her PhD in Natural
Medicine in the fall of 2004. The Examining Board of Natural Medicine
accredited her Doctor of Natural Medicine (DNM) in 2004.
Dr. MacLeod was the President of the Business and Professional Women's Club of Niagara Falls, participated on the Healthy Living Niagara Committee and works with the Health Professionals Integrated Network based in the Golden Horseshoe. Dr. MacLeod is a board member and a facilitator for the International Integrated Medical Association (IIMA), and a Board member for the Examining Board of Natural Medicine North America.
Dr. MacLeod speaks internationally for large and small
corporations on various health and wellness topics. She facilitates
wellness, professional and personal development retreat weekends and
certification courses at her health clinic in Niagara-on-the-Lake as
well as internationally.
Dr. MacLeod has received many awards including a "MISTY"
award in Niagara Falls, Merchant of the Year award, and the hospitality
award. She has been a finalist for the Women in Business Award and Entrepreneur
of the year award many times. The World Organization of Natural Medicine
honored Dr. Macleod with the order of excellence award for her work
with Clinics for Humanity and her innovation in technologies and therapies.
